JRT Staff

Diane Caporaletti has been working in facility management since 1999. She is a graduate of Wilde Lake High School and was a teacher at Wilde Lake for 10 years.  Her love of theatre brought her into the position of JRT Manager. She looks forward to helping everyone schedule, plan, and execute their events.  

Kourtney Harrison has been working at the Jim Rouse Theatre since 2015. She became the Assistant Manager in 2024. Kourtney is a 2013 graduate of Wilde Lake High School and was a teacher at Wilde Lake for 7 years prior to joining the JRT staff as a full-time employee.
